Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. Once the item is shipped, they can be expected in 2-3 business days, although it is not guaranteed. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you may track your parcel. Please note that we can not ship to PO Boxes and that payment is required in full to process your order and ship your item. We also are only able to ship within the United States at this time.
Sales tax will be charged only for purchases shipped within CA.
Returned merchandise must be unused and must include all tags with original packaging intact for full refund within 30 days of purchase.
We work with our manufacturers to make every effort to communicate care and use instructions on our products. If you receive something that is flawed, we will gladly return it if its within the 30 days of purchase. However, we are not responsible for products that become damaged or defective while in your care.

We do our best to package your items safe and secure, but accidents happen. If your shipped item becomes broken in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your shipped item. Please include your order number as well as a picture of your broken item in it's original packaging. This way we can verify the item and the damage. We will work together to get you a new item or if the item is no longer in stock, work to figure out a solution.
